Work with an experienced ceramic artist in this series of adult clay classes that incorporates bead making with the glazing of boxes, bowls, and slab projects, such as terra cotta wine coolers. We’ll add sculptured details, including handles and lids, to our projects as well as incised decorations. The beginning student will learn basic hand building techniques to create one-of-a-kind artworks, while intermediate clay students will use their experience to create more advanced projects. Fee includes clay, glaze, and firing charges.
